Well, was difficult to me to find a communicative material, the most part of the material I have found was boring and in traditional way of teaching. But after along search I finally found a book with communicative approach ideas. This book is from a school called “Abraham Lincoln”. It shows various situation where the students have to find his own way to answer, makes the students try to reach his solution for the situation show through pictures. Example:
There is a picture of a bakery with a lot of cakes and different things to eat, and the student is hungry and they need to ask something to eat, how can he do that? This is the lesson. There are a lot of pictures showing different real situations like that and the students must work in the same way to discover the answer. I think it is functional communication activities according with Littlewood.
