Analyzing the lesson plan “Buy a car”, I could found out some problems and characteristics as follow below:

Instructions: They are not clear enough, not offering the student clear directions. According to Ryan’s text: “ learners can be kept motivated and interested if they know that they will be practing…” In the lesson plan goals are not well defined.

The teacher that developed the lesson seams to work with Imput, asking students to research on internet. It characterizes a consistency in Teaching style.

Routine or Framework: About the framework presented in Ryan’s text, the Lesson plan has some problems:
It doesn’t have a warm-up, not having the opportunity to work out their doubts and work on new vocabulary.
There is no presentation in the lesson plan. Students work on the task directly.
There is no Free practice. Until step 3, they don’t practice spoken language.
There is no Feedback clearly presented in the lesson. The teacher do not presented any way he/she intend to do the assessment.

Concluding, the task presented do not work effectively with communicative method, as the emphasis of it is not to communicate. The goals are not clear at all and the instructions are not very well explained. The lesson plan does not mention it’s public, but it require a lot from students, not showing a relationship established between teacher-student, having teacher as a support.
