Playing the lead mare at Paradise Isle (and mother to 'Shazzy'), I can confirm that Tori was indeed in PI. Because of her announcement of her coming absence, it is excused. If eventually the herd got fed up with Tori's prolongued absence, then Euphoria would receive the territory.
