Challenges
CHALLENGE RULES:
  • Foals may NOT challenge or be challenged.
  • All challenges must be accepted unless good reason (eg no computer access, in another challenge) is provided. However, challenges to the death do NOT have to be accepted (you can agree on other terms if you wish).
  • Challenges may be fought out until one player surrenders, fought until someone judges, or have an outside party flip a coin. These terms must be agreed to by both parties.
  • You may challenge to release a captive, to gain a captive, a position, or an object. Anything else may be challenged for, but they do not have to accept it.
  • If the person you are challenging does not initally reply in 3 days, go to their territory and notify them. If they still have not replied by the fifth day, they forfeit the challenge unless they have notified someone that they were going to be gone. Also, if the person you challenged goes three FULL days (after the challenge has started) without posting, they automatically forfeit.
  • You may challenge for something as many times as you want, but they only have to accept your challenge the first three times.
  • The challenger may state any terms and conditions they like (eg no powers, if the challenge is unresolved a coin can be flipped, etc). The challenged can request an alteration to those terms, and it will go through if the challenger agrees. If the challenger does not agree, the challenger and the challenged can agree on an impartial judge to either flip a coin or use their own judgement to make a decision.
  • These terms may be changed at any point during the challenge but only if both challenger and challenged agree to do so.
  • IF YOU CANNOT FIGHT A CHALLENGE, YOU MAY ONLY BE EXCUSED FROM A CHALLENGE FOR A PARTICULAR THING ONE TIME. After the first excuse, you have to appoint someone to take the challenge for you.

    Alright, I'm getting really SICK of this 'win be default' thing.

    Dude, people, this was made to prevent someone from magically DISAPPEARING during a challenge. Please, don't go so spastic over it! And 'innocent bystanders', leave it up to those people INVOLVED in the challenge to decide if they want to accept the default.

    I Shetan challenge Ziraga for position of lead stallion.

    -Snorts- If you are not afraid. -Rears, shattering the night with his clarion call- BLending against the nigt sky he danced in position impatiently. -Head held high- If I lose I will leave the Dark Evergreens. If I win I become head stallion on the Dark Evergreens, so if you don't mind I have 2 things to lay down:

    1) no powers
    2) If you do not wish to continue, retreat and I will not kill you.

    Challenger-- Arctic Freeze

    Challenging-- Angelic Delight

    For-- Position & Power as queen of neutrals

    Why-- Angelic isn't being fair, & isn't ruler material



    If I Win-- I will become the queen of neutrals, & there will be no challenging for my position.



    If I Lose-- Angelic will never have me challenge her again ; I will leave the neutral lands for good.





    The Regulations--

    ( 2 ) NOONE will interfere with this challenge



    (3 ) no power-playing or god-playing( where you miss EVERY attack )



    ( 4 ) We will get either Ashley , Kate , or Fran to judge

    I know u don't know me but i am fair, and it would be faired because i don't know either of u. I am a 1/2 unicorn 1/2 horse. I can also (not that it'll happen) sort things out if it gets a bit TOO ruff i have a very string telekinesis power (move stuff with mind). There is only one thing i ask fighting tips from the winnner coz i have a battle coming plz reply. - star

    Now she could never be an Amazon. The great land was gone, she had missed her chance. For whatever reason she had not been good enough to enter at first, now she never would be able to. Unless... she built her own Amazon territory.

    The jet black shire marches in to the battle ground and steps up to a small mound. He raises his head to annouce his challenge. "I Excalibur Brother of the great Camelot and own son of the Stallion Mystikal of Geruna Mountian, Challenge the Lead of Rocky Ridge, Nightmare, for the release of my brother." he scans the area, "As I am unsure of what yuou want we shall work out a deal for if you win so go ahead state your price."
