Subject: Hi

I actually had the time to pop on here. Hello to all my friends. I miss you all. I'm glad to see that you are all still playing the game.
The ol' ranchstead keeps us pretty busy. This year I extended my garden and had the best haul to date. The kids, work, and the animals take the rest of my time. Taylor is in the first grade. She still loves school, and wants to play every sport there is. She's still as stubborn as can be (but we just can't figure WHERE she got that from *wink*)Tay also wants to play the violin. so that's our next goal. Caity is about to turn three and is still tiny for her age. Guess she gets her heighth from me. She is also the biggest daredevil out of the two....though both do pretty well in that department. Caity will climb and jump off of anything, including me. They both enjoy riding horses...now if we could just get them to ENJOY mucking the stalls too.
Ryan keeps busy with work and horse training on the side. I try to keep him as busy as possible so he doesn't drive me nuts in the house *LOL*
We still keep up with rodeo and bullriding on TV. We don't get much of a chance to see them live anymore though dog gone it. Every once in a while we hit one that's close by.

Well anyway, there's my little spout about nothing in particular. Just wanted you all to know we are still alive and well. And that we still think of you all. Hope everyone is well. Also hope that no one was injured or took any bad hits from Ike. You folks are always in our prayers.
Good luck to all who are playing Fantasy PBR. Joanne you're amazing.
Smiles and hugs all around
Darlynne

Welcome back to the BS!!!! It sure isn't the same as it used to be. No big discussions---not many discussions at all anymore. Guess everyone is too busy.
Glad your family is still doing good. You didn't mention your dad. How is he doing? I still miss Woody and her comments.

Dad is doing real well. He went up to Ohio this week for his Moms 99th birthday. Normally though, he has one project or another that he wants to complete. having my garden gives him lots to think up and do. Everytime I turn around he's built something else for my garden, or has found another plant for it...Even though i grow mostly veggies. His newest project is a trellis at the head of the garden which will be the home of a wysteria tree. When he isn't working on something, he's at the the coffee shop shootin the bull w/ all the other good ol' boys.

What a nice surprise! Great to hear from you "D". Wow.. Those girls are really growing up fast. Dare-devils you say huh? Well the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!!
Glad to hear that things in MO are doing okay and that you haven't gotten any damage from those storms.

Always good to get an update from our favorite Neon Cowgirl!

Give our best to your Dad. Sure sounds like he's keeping busy also.
