I understand that forcast may or may not be the truth, however, try to imagine that if you are never "see forcast", then you may always "晴天帶備雨傘，雨天反而無帶", but if you are open-minded to "see forcast", there may be just 50% "晴天帶備雨傘，雨天反而無帶",
