Patsy說得對，寵物問題不是一日形成的，所以不能一下子以趕盡殺絕的方法來處理。如果公屋居民飼養寵物是不守法，所以有錯；那麼房署從起初就不執法，同樣有責任。事到如今，卻用一刀切的方法來解決問題，更加叫人失望，這簡直是不負責任的行為。
