I am not a boss. I have to follow the instruction from my manager, she is a kind person. As what you said, she is my boss, she is definiately no need to treat me well, if she don't want to. But how would the relationship be under such situation? Any respect? any understanding?

My wondeful experience is, my manager (and also my ex-superivor) do demostrate how to respect the others. They always says thinks, listens to me with emapthy and lets me voice out my point of views. With their perfect guidance, I learn a great deal from them, for instand, I have built up the close relationship my assistant. Our term is a family.

My point is we should respect the others, no matter they are our boss or our assistant, they are the human being anyway!!
