如此勞氣，不能解決問題。我過去的言論，沒有否定過要處理「公屋居民飼養寵物」這問題。只想指出，日後要禁止居民養寵物，和處理先前因執法不嚴(當中情況不能一概而論)而遺留下來問題，可能需要以不同的方法處理而已。
