And the coach was something with four wheels to take the team to play away games and if he was terribly unlucky the driver could be press - ganged into playing for the team if they were short.
This happened at one game I watched when Tredegar (Tread - a - gar as I heard one posh English lady say) came to play Birmingham before Birmingham mutated into Pertemps Bees - stupid name a bit like that other English team - Earth Titans!!!
