Ingredients

Lemon Grass
Lemon Juice
Dandelion Flower
Virginia Pine neddles (still green)
Nectar
Yellow Flowers (except dandelion)
Sourwood Leaves

1. Crush lemon grass, pine needles, sourwood leaves, and the dandelion and place into a bowl.
2. Mix with lemon juice, and october ale.
3. Boil the mixture with the yellow flowers.
4. Remove the yellow flowers and let it age in a cellar for one year.
5. Spigot and enjoy Lemon Ale
