Canopy Cookies

Ingredients

1 packet of plain digestive biscuits

2 pawfuls of raisins

4 tablespoons of golden syrup

2 teaspoons of drinking chocolate

6 ounces of plain chocolate

4 ounces of margarine or butter

Melt together the butter, syrup and drinking chocolate

Crush the packet of biscuits and stir it in carefully

Press the mixture with a metal spoon into a baking dish/container

Melt the chocolate and pour on to, spreading evenly

Leave in the fridge for a few hours to harden, then cut into squares
