I'm sorry! I accidently hit the enter key instead of the tab key. Well, here goes:

Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients-
1&3/4 cup all pupose flour
1/4 cup of sugar
2-3 T. of sugar(to toss with blueberries)
2&1/2 t. baking powder
3/4 t. of salt
1 egg
3/4 cup of milk
1/3 cup of cooking oil
1 cup of blueberries

Sift 1&3/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2&1/2 t. of baking powder, and 3/4 t. salt together into a large bowl. Then, add 1 well beaten egg, 3/4 cup of milk, and 1/3 cup of cooking oil. Mix well. Add 1 cup of blueberries fresh, or thawed, that have been tossed with 2-3 T. of sugar. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 4oo degrees F. about 25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

French Cream Pie(very rich!)
Ingredients-
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
1&1/3 cup of sugar
3 T. of flour
2&1/2 cups of coffee cream
1 t. of vanilla
2 oz. chocolate squares or pieces
1 egg
4 T. of sugar

Cook (1&1/3 cup of sugar, 3 T. of flour, and 2&1/2 cups of coffee cream)until thick, stiring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 t. of vanilla. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Top with 2 oz. of chocolate squares of pieces, 1 egg, and 4 T. of sugar. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and add beaten egg and sugar. Put in 300 degrees F. oven until top is crusty, which is about 15 min.

That's all I have for today, and believe me, both recipes are very tasty!
