Milky Oats (or my name, Oaky Milks):
There's no certain amount of ingridients needed. Make it up as you go along (some prefere more milk, some prefere less).
For a quick breakfast, if you've run out of cereal, haven't got time to make porridge, and hate toast, then this is for you! Take some oats - about two handfulls or more - a bowl, some sugar - white or brown. You need more if you're using white - and milk. Pour the milk and oats together, mix them well, then add as much sugar as you want. Should only be a few minutes to make, and you can chop up a banana and add ice cream if you want.

Sage Tea:
Ingredients:
1/2 oz fresh sage leaves
1 oz fine sugar
1/4 oz grated lemon rind
Juice from one lemon
1 quart of boiling water.

Keep water at a simmer, and add the ingredients. Steep for 30 minutes. Strain out the herbs and serve hot or iced.

Syrup:
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar

Place the water and sugar in a pot. Boil the ingredients and wait for sugar to dissolve .

To add flavoring, the correct time is before the water comes to a boil. A few suggestions for flavored syrups: exchanging orange juice for water will yield an orange flavored syrup, watermelon juice will yield a watermelon flavored syrup, etc.
Remove the syrup from heat and let it cool to room temperature.

Chilli bread:
Intergral Bread.
Sweet Chilli Thai sauce.
Take a bowl and feel it with chilli sauce. Cut the intergral bread into strips, and dip it into the Chilli. Goes best with ice tea.
