Ingredients:

Butter 200g
1 egg
Caster Sugar 200g
Plain Flour 400g
6 Boiled Sweets

Instructions: First, set the oven to 180 degrees farenheit gas mark 6. Put sugar and butter into a mixing bowl and then cream them together until fluffy and pale yellow. Add egg and give it a good stir. Add the flour bit by bit and stir at the same time. Then mix it with your hands. Roll it out. Cut it out with a large circular shape cutter and then, using a small circlular cutter, cut out a circle in the middle. Put them on a greased baking tray and then cook in the oven for 10 minutes or until they go golden brown. Pull them out and put the boiled sweets in the middle. Then put them back in the oven for a further more 3 minutes. Pull them out and let them cool. Eat and enjoy!
