You will need:

1 big lump of bread dough, flour dusted, no yeast.
A sliver of shredded fish.
200g Fresh yellow cheese.
A few sprigs of rocket, chive and corriander (all fineley chopped.)
1 cup water.
sprinle of cinnamon.
Small dash of olive oil.
And any extra little leftover tasty bits tat you can find!

Method:

Beat the bread dough until you can lay it out flat and thick, then mix together the ingrediets except for the cinnamon, water and half the oil, use the other half for coating the dough. Now you need to put all of the mixture into the middle of the dough and half the cup of water to it so it looks almost like a paste. carefuly sprinkle some cinnamon, fold the dough over the centre, finish by ading the mixed oil, water and remaining cinnamon together and spreading it over the top of the bread, pop into oven for 20 mins or until golden brown and enjoy it, it's delicious and in a compact traveling hamper!
