Savory Snacks

Ingredients:
a base (soft white bread or a pizza base)
100g finely grated cheese
tomato sauce (not ketchup)
a few slices red pepper or tomato
a few olives

1: Cut out circles og the bread to make a face. Toast them on both sides
2:Make yor own sauce by blending inned tomatoes with a little salt and pepper untill it's thin enough to spread, or use ready-made
3:Spread the sauce over one side of the toast.Sprinkle grated cheese (motzerella works best)to make a beard or hair but leave room in the center for a face.
4:Halve the olives and use these for eyes.A thin silver of red pepper or tomato to make a hat.Make his nse and mouth with the pepper or tomato too.
5: Pop the face under the grill for a short period of time, to melt the cheese. The face can be served hot or cold.You could also make a sweet face!EXPERIMENT with your favorite foods!!
