Ingredients:
3 pounds watershrimp cooked,shelled, and deveined
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons Hotroot powder mix
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 1/2 cups button mushrooms
2 teaspoons basil

Procedure
Boil watershrimps. Melt hotroot in large skillet and brown watershrimps lightly. Remove from pan and set aside. Add onion, hotroot powder mix, and pepper and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for five minutes. Stir in mushrooms, basil, and three cups of boiling water. Mix in watershrimps and about a teaspoon of salt. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes.
