~3 cups of sugar
~2/3 cup of evaporated milk
~3/4 cup or 1 1/2 stick of butter or margerine
~1 12oz pacage of white chocolate chips
~1 1/2 cups of marshmallow creme
~1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

~Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a large saucepan; heat to boiling; stir constantly; when it starts to boil time it for five min. or until it reaches soft ball stage or 238 degrees farenhit (this is only if you have a candy thermometer. remove from heat add the remaining ingredients and stir vigerously until well blended. pour into a greased pan and let cool. !! do not be worried if it falls apart when you go to cut it that is why it is called Crumble fudge!!
