<font color=blue>Wet ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree (( note at bottom))
1/2 cup of diced onion
1 tb of chopped chives
1 tsp sugar
up to 1 tsp of salt and pepper
1 tsp of curry powder (( optional))


Dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of chikpea powder
3 tsps of wheat free baking powder </font>




<font color=hotyellow> Instrustions: (( sp?))
Preaheat oven to 400 degrees F, prepare pans. blend the wet ingredients together in abowl. add the dry ingredients quickly and mix them into the wet. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. </font>

<font color=orange> Icky sounding variations (( the original recipe sound MUCH better))
1. Chickpea with greeen peas: add 1/2 to 1 cup of cooked green peas to the wet mix.
2. Chickpea with seeds: add 1/4 cup of sunflower and 1/4 cup of sesame seeds to the wet mix. </font>


<font color=pink> Note: to make pumpkin puree, cook 1 lb pumkin in 1/3 cup of water. </font>
