Sorry to hear Winston had another stroke. hope he gets better soon and gets back his health.

I have heard more horror stories about the philly fans than I can remember . From warnings to Giants fans to not show thier colors on the chance that they could bet beat up ( which has happened ) to wild reactions to both wins and losses by the home team.

On a lighter note the hockey season has returned so now we have another thing to talk about. I heard they would play all of the remaining games in conferance which may be true or a rumor. so far with one or two games played by each team the people who make the ratings list are being dissed on account of the lack of any real info to base their choices on. Devils are undefeated ( so far ) with one win and philly not so lucky after I believe two games played this last weekend ?
Present ratings are supposed to have taken in the stats from last year so set the order but that doesn't make any sense as I see it thanks to some teams that did well being at the bottom. I would suspect that the number of games also comes into the equation though so if your team one a single game and only played one they are down the list while a team that did well last season but lost two is farther up.

Should be an interesting short season once the other sports are not in the limelight.

My sisters choice got into the superbowl and is the underdog . However the camel that predicts the winner picked them to win and has a perfect record so far as I remember it.
Not a fan of the fourty niners who won too many games against the Giants by bad calls by a predjudiced set of officials back when the guys in the striped jerseys could not keep up with the play so were making calls from tens of yards behind the play where they could not possably have seen anything. replay was a sham and probably will still be. take time to rerun the tapes and then rubber stamp the field judges ruling for the most part even when everyone who watches can see they were wrong.
Is this football or professional wrestling ?
