One problem with our government is lack of funding never stopped them from doing anything they decided to do at any time.
Present admin would just print more cash and to Hell with the common people as they have been doing since the beginning of the first term.

As for getting into a new middle east war I hope not since there is no real reason for us to do it unless we are being attacked. I sympathize on the humanitarian reasons of course but there are and have been many other instances where if this was a necessity we should , would or could have gotten into many more conflicts.

Better to stay out if possible and only become involved if they bring it to us ( like with 911 and the terrorism threat ) or as part of a much larger group with backing from the majority of nations like what was the case in desert storm or even the " second Iraq war " which was really just an extension of the same war which never really ended just ramped down to daily over flights and duels between the surface to air installations and patrol missions during the Clinton administration.
