Rich people are very cheap, (the campaign of 1936) Jay Rockerfeller became Sen. of W.Va.
A NY seat wd have cost 10x as much! W.Va. the cheapest State a Rockerfeller could buy!
1/2 the State has been strip mined ! (sigh) and like the Commonweath the Volpos (State Police) wear the Jodhpurs of the Raj.
My Moma was a coal miners daughter, the beautiful hills, I'd tour annually.
