That is a new one for me Kelsey though I might have missed the discussion at the time.
What year ?

I was there till 73 asnd don't remember anyone mentioning it though it sounds like something we might have done.

All the anti war and draft evasion stuff I remember at high gear was in the early years I was at FC but it was still going on when I left even though officially we were already on our way out from 73 on and fully out before S Viet. fell with only a few embassy personell and guards there at the time.
Not saying the behind the scenes stuff ever stopped but the troops were being pulled as I remember it from 73 on one way or the other and Vietnamisation was the call from 72 on.
Interested if you have more to share of course.

More recently it seems that the anti war movement went somewhat dormant until 9 11 when it resurfaced again just not as strong as the 70s.
