Did you decide to take it Arthur ?
Looking at the base price this must be extensively customized to have that high a tax payment unless your state and the federales are calling it income and you eed to make that tax payment to recieve it.
Harley does have programs for finance if you were buying a bike from them and if you get it for the tax value you are getting a bargain but probably then have the income issue to deal with especially if you decided to sell it.

Anyhow sure was interesting watching the vid.... lol
