While I concur with your thoughts regarding this ruling, it's important to remember the lifting of contribution limitations not only applies to the wicked "Corporations" the world loves to revile, but also to the sacrosanct, but no less insidious, Labor Unions. Think of how much fun Chrysler (65% UAW owned) and GM (17.5% UAW owned) can have with their political support budgets. There is glee on both sides of the aisle in DC.
IMO, term limits and meaningful campaign finance reform are crucial to a vibrant democracy.
