Over a year ago, Fairpoint touted how great they were, and how they were even going to enable us to pay our bills online! Well, guess what? Still can't. My basic bill is strangely different by a few pennies here or there from month to month, no reason given. Vermont is really going after Fairpoint; I'm not sure if NH is doing much.
By the way, are you still trying to reach David Goldblatt? I saw Judy Wallace just before Thanksgiving, and she said you were looking for David. Later I saw one of David's daughters and asked her to pass the word on to David, but I'm not sure she did.
