After I failed my physical they gave me a release to sign...They told me if I signed it they could tell anyone who asked the reason that I failed...And if I didn't sign it they couldn't even tell me why I failed....At age 19 I refused to sign...they didn't know what to do ,I was the first person to refuse to sign...This was in Arizona...I'm sure NY or NJ would have been very different.
