I've seen it in mens rooms in bars in a lot of places both locally here in jersey and NYC as well as some out of the way other states.
Friends who knew about it said they saw it in europe and south america. Funny how something so simple and with a meaning to a few gets passed along. Never can be sure if whomever puts it up is an FC alum or just liked it and kept it going.... like what happened with the Kilroy logo which developed a life of it's own.
