Many people can't afford food,yet the rest of us still have a right to eat....I go to very few concerts,but when I do try to buy tickets their almost always sold out,To get good seats on Broardway you need to buy tickets months in advance so both these displines Are thriving...
In both NY and NM ,there is a tremendous amount of Free art....readilly accesable.
My wife was an art teacher for 25 years so we are very aware of art in public schools...and from what I see it also is thriving.....Presently, besides from painting and jewelry design, my wife does consulant work for Crayola both in NY and NM bringing art to teachers not presently involved in art, and districts are clammoring to become involved ,all realizing how important art is in a childs development.......In many school districts art is now considered more important then ever.
