I would take the time to see Palo Duro Canyon Park - Just spectacular! I envy you the cross country trip - Some of my fondest memories are of driving back and forth across the country during my Franconia days during breaks. Eileen Cowin and I drove from Florida to California on a photo trip together one summer - I will never forget that. Stayed at her old flame Robert Fichter's home in Florida before we took off. BTW - Welcome back to the Left Coast -
