Ho... leee... I don't know why, but I did figure you meant bicycle for whatever reason..

Stupid question, but were charges filed, I hope? This whole "sharing the road" discussion baffles me, I think mainly because I believe my common sense levels on matters of vehicular use are perhaps higher than average. I see issues on all sides, but mostly it seems to boil down to (entitled users of one or the other) and/or (not giving the main task at hand the priority it deserves). In your case, I wouldn't be surprised to learn the driver just never learned the old fashioned hand signals for turning that have existed since before the "turn signal" was invented.. Odd, since most people choose not to use their turn signals at times when they need to be used (I often don't use mine if my decisions don't affect others either way, but I always use them when someone will be affected or might be confused by action or inaction). Anyway, sounds like a tough rehab ahead for you.. I hope your healthcare solution is up to the task. (and let's not ~necessarily~ turn this into a political discussion about ObamaCare unless it's really warranted.. heh heh I am so far on the side of Obama, but I'm open to good reasons why his solution isn't right for us, and have already heard a few)

Keep us posted on your progress..
