We had our traditional T-day dinner and the next day drove the Dodge Cummins over the snowy Cascades to Leavenworth for the Christkindlmarkt Festival. The mountains and town were beautiful with the fresh snow, absolutely stunning.

Weatherwise, this has been one of if not the wildest Novembers I can remember. Torrential rains, widespread flooding, wind storms, snow storms, ice storms, power outages, and the occasional sunny day with blue skies. Just crazy. I parked the wife's Maxima in the garage at least until the snow and ice are gone. The USGI extended cold weather clothing system Gore-Tex rain gear I bought in October has really paid off, too. Good stuff.
