Subject: What it would have been (spoilers)

I tend to agree that the story has been told. And I feel damn cheated about it. This is why I would be one of the fans who whould happily sit through prequels. But like you, I would be very interested in seeing Zoe's long term reaction to Wash's death. Would she blame River. Would River feel it?

If there was a new Firefly series, it would be totally different from what went before. And that isn't a bad thing. It's just a thing. Maybe it would be what it would have been after a long run. Imagine if Buffy were cancelled for some reason in season two and restarted after a hit movie at what would have been season four. Jarring, but still some good stuff to see.

And for all my misgivings, I want it.
