Sebastian comes from Francenia, which is another medium sized country east of Pliartha. Sebastian (Seb or Bastian for short) is an "interesting" character. He speaks both Francenian and Pliarthian divinely and is a part of both cultures. Sometimes this causes a problem for him when Francenia and Pliartha are at odds, but currently the two countries seem to be getting along quite well. Sebastian is a very intelligent and well versed centaur who is also renowned for his skill with a bow (or a staff for those of you who aren’t familiar with the term "bow"). Through some strange happening, no knows what for sure, Sebastian has the ability to shape shift between human and centaur form—though he is originally a centaur. In both human and centaur form he is very…amorous, to put it lightly. However, he has great respect for females of all classes, backgrounds, and reputations. In short, his respect for a female has nothing to do with her sexuality. Though he would never strike a female, he can lose his temper with them at times.
Sebastian is very dashing in both human and centaur form. As a human he is fairly tall, though by no means gigantic, lean, and light skinned. He has short black hair and gorgeous blue eyes. His facial features are well defined and appear, depending on the situation in which you meet him, either very soft and attractive or hard and cold. His horse parts are sleek grey with a coal black tail.
It is suspected that Sebastian may have mixed lineage—human and centaur, that is. However, no one really knows. He never knew his parents and was raised by the King and Queen of Thieves of Francenia. Thus, he knows how to "get around" in Francenia and has a few connections in Pliartha as well. On the streets he has a reputation of someone not to cross and among the nobility he is well-respected. Not a single noble suspects him of any involvement in street affairs.
