I could rant about this for a while, so I'll keep it as short and sweet as possible. There NEEDS to be another big wrestling fed, WWF big. And not only that, but it needs to be a Canadian fed. Why you ask? Well because there is so much talent throughout Canada that is going unused by major feds, most doomed to stay in the indies forever, even moreso now with the monopoly Vince has. Canadians have it rougher than indy wrestlers in the states. It's harder for them to get signed because the WWF knows it's going to have to deal with pesky green card issues if they do sign them. If the WWF is looking at 2 wrestlers, relatively the same in talent, one is American, and one is Canadian, who are they going to sign first? The American of course, no green card bs to deal with. Think it's a coincidense that all of the Canadians in the WWF are some of it's best talent? Nope, they had to be that good in order to get signed in the first place. A big Canadian fed would give these guys more hope of making it big...can you imagine how daunting it is to know that your chances of actually making out of the indies are so slim? Pretty damn discouraging. Even those who have had WWF tryouts lately, Wildman, Bobby Rude, Larry Destiny, yeah they've got a foot in the door, but they haven't been signed yet. And what if they do? It's got to be discouraging to look at Joe E, a guy who finally got his big break, thought to himself, yeah I've really made it now...then what happens? Lost in the never ending talent pool, and eventually given the boot for that very reason. Most indy wrestlers around here look VERY highly upon Joe E, known as "the king of the independants". If something like that could happen to him, how are they going to be any better off? A big Canadian fed would do absolute wonders for these guys....and the Canadian fans for that matter. What good is it for talent like Custom Made Man, Bobby Rude, or Wildman to get to the WWF if they spend their careers jobbing on Heat, Jakked, and Metal, while idiots like the Big Shit get pushed just because he's a big guy, give me a break.
