 Solace kept herself hidden in the alley, curled up with both guns drawn in the shadows. She peered around the corner every so often to get a glimpse of the two mechs which still held their position by the docking bay doors.
There has got to be something that I can do...just sitting here is getting my ass nowhere real fast...

She heard some gun fire behind her as some of the others got closer to her position, obviously trying to make it to the docking bay as well.

Solace turned to look behind her to see how close they were getting. As she did so, the shadow she had been using for cover seemed to move slightly and grow in size. As Solace looked behind her, she noticed a shadow starting to loom over her as if someone was behind her.
What the hell?...How can that be...im up against a wal...oh shit!

Solace spun around with both guns aimed high as she rememberd the shadow monsters from before. She was only able to get off two shots before the creature grabbed both her wrists with one large hand, lifting her off the ground. Solace held fast to both guns and tried to brake free of the jumper's grip. She tried to kick forward to hit the jumper, but her short size wouldnt allow her legs to reach that far forward.

The shadow creature held her in the air for a moment as she struggled, then in one sharp blow, slammed her hard against the side wall of the alley, causing a few bricks to cave in under the pressure. Then, right after, the jumper swung his hand downward and Solace felt her back collide with the alley street below.

Solace cringed back as the jumper once more lifted her body into the air. She felt a slight dribble of blood on the side of her face, and glared at the creature in front of her with narrowed eyes.
"You...are so fucking...dead..."
...I'm so fucked...


The jumper seemed to grin at this...if the things could do that...and lifted Solac's body twords itself, mouth opened and ready to consumer her..
