Huffing at the wat Leon and Solace had treated her...Serendipity spun around and leaned her back against the wall and stared back at Guile and Dugan,"Alright...while those guys are playing, we need to think of a way out of here. So this is what I think we should do...first we're going to--" she then stopped as something sprung into her mind. Blinking twice, Serendipity's features contorted in deep thought,"Wait a second..." Ser said outloud, forcing her body up and off the wall,"Where's that blond haired man that was with you Dugan? And-and...that young man...with the dark hair and sunglasses? Wasn't there some chick with 'em too?!"
Staring to remember, Ser recollected that Lyn and Virgil had been in the alley when the shadow creatures had attacked...that was just fine...but there was a problem. Where were they now?
"Whoa...I totally missed that..." she shook her head, looking rather worried,"I don't like this...they're just totally gone. I didn't even see them go...did you?" Ser asked them, bewilderment now beginning to take over.
"Screw them," Serendipity put blatantly, giving Leon and Solace, the two roof hoppers a distasteful glare,"The blond haired one was the last of the missing I saw...and he had haeded back to the destroyed buildings. Maybe he's still there?"
Biting down on her bottom lip, Serendipity brushed past the two men heading back down the alley,"We need to head back to the buildings...whether or not law men are there or not. This is getting way too weird, even for my taste."
Not really waiting to see if Dugan or Guile would follow, Ser jogged back down the alleyway, quickly making it back to the large piles of rubble. There was a small crowd starting to gather in the northern quardrant...but the western quadrant was pretty much empty. Serendipity decided to start her search for clues there, keeping the hilt of her beam saber drawn just incase anything out of the ordinary made an encore cameo.
