Once again she was unaware of his motives and once again her feelings were hurt. She just didn't understand him sometimes, how could he leave her so readily? She stared after him for a moment, her eyes leveling as she spied Mist and Rain. She hated admitting it but jealously flared within her like an emerald flame. Why was she always competing for his attention? Frustrated, she forced herself to turn away as to not see him dancing with anyone else. She tried to smile at Lowell but it was a pale imitation of her normal one. -*I'm sorry...*- she apologized falteringly, her cheeks flaming red. -*It's nice to finally meet you Lowell, I'm sorry that we haven't talked before*- Her smile became more genuine as she shook his hand, her free fingers gently touching the corsage. Tilting her head, she indicated the dance floor. -*Shall we?*-
