Can a dance teacher tell a dancer they can move to the next level in all their dances at an upcoming feis even though they didn't get 1st in all in all the dances except for maybe 1 of them? I don't think it is fair to the others this dancer is competing against as they had to work hard to move up a level. Is this allowed???

Im pretty sure it is, the teacher makes the calls they decide weather your good enough or not to move up. It is very unfair, though. I don't think its illegal on the other hand.Elle14:57:05 05/26/03 Mon

It is more "unfair" to have that dancer sit forever at a level they dominate. (NT)Move em up!17:11:45 05/27/03 Tue
