Subject: but you are in point shoes for a longer period of time, when in ghillies you are usually on point in your step for 30 seconds. Not untill you are 12 or older, though, should you even go on point. Like you said before you need to have strong legs, feet, etc. and that usually doesn't happen untill you are in you teens. I would really suggest all ID's take ballet though, if you don't do! It really does help!
