I knew she was pregnant a few comments down the line below and from what we have learned about DAvid (Dr. Delicious)he is grieving because he lost Leora and Anna and has envied others who had FAMILY. Other than Leo, he has always been alone. Cara could provide a new beginning for him because he has nothing. Not only because this man is HOTTER than boiling LAVE over a fire volcano (and I wish I could be with him-pant, pant, pant) but he is still hurting from emptyiness.

Dam, why didnt they call me?
