I think the writers are going about this story wrong I know what it is to lose a child as some of you know we lost our only son & you never get over it friends say it get easy s time pass but till you go though it don't , What I am trying to say about Krystal you don't treat your husband the way she is doing Tad he was around Babe more then David with out the help of my husband I don't know what I would have done , I know this is just a soap but I still think the writers could have wrote it different , The hurt never go away Lurt

[> Subject: Lurt, Yes I did remember you saying before that you lost your son. Im so sorry. I agree with you about her and David. It seems out of character. Seems like she would want to be leaning on Tad right now. As you said, David has been out of the picture for awhile now, and Tad knew her very well.

[> [> Subject: You are so right Lurt When you lose someone you love you are able to go on with your life but you will always miss them . I think have seen however that simetimes the pain of losing a child tears a couple apart instead of pulling it together . Right now I think Bobbie Eakes is portraying Krystal as some one so over come with her loss that she can not get beyond it to live . She has two little girls ar hoome that still need her it does take awy the pain but it can gvie you something to get up in the morning for It will be a sorry Xmas at that house if Tad isn't home but in the Congo

[> Subject: They seem to be missing one very important point here - Kathy lost three "mothers" - her adopted mom, Julia, and Dixie. This is her first Christmas FINALLY with her dad. It seems like Krystal could bond with her over this, or at least not bite the child's head off about that cow ornament. Krystal is a grown women who has seen some hard times. I'm surprised she's being so insensitive to a young child who is dealing with so much loss.
