In reply to: Sheila-la 's message, "OKAY GUYS, I guess loud mouth me have to be the one to speak,,,,, it the reason for the lack of respond because everyone is tur" on Thursday 02/12/09 10:50:49am

Hi Sheila-la,I just had to respond to let u know that it isn't Reese and Bianca that keep me from posting.Being "the new kid on the block" sometimes I think I take up too much space by getting my many feelings out there so often. Though I don't agree with that lifestyle (I am religious and believe what the bible tells us) I try to hate the sin and love the sinner - which we all know isn't always that easy as in the case of pedophiles etc.I respect AMC for getting current issues out in the open; Brot's war injuries and adjustment to civilian life after that trauma for instance. Speaking of pedophiles there's a story line I don't think I've ever come accross! Also, I am active in the prevention of suicide (some of you know I lost my son almost 4 years ago to suicide)and co-facilitate meetings for the loved ones suicide leaves behind. I met with a woman(we do home visits too) who has dedicated her life to the military and she lost her 11(YES 11 year old- youngsters are becoming more common)to suicide while they were in a foreign country. It was most disturbing to me to hear that a general paid her a visit a few days ago and told her that while they lost 4 soldiers in battle last month they lost 25-25!-to suicide in one month! There's a story line for you!
