By the time Brussels rules in our favour, there may well be a new satellite, but don't hold your breath on Brussels ruling in our favour. I think the Dutch Canal Digitaal bouquet on Astra should include BBC1 and BBC2, bust as Dutch )and Belgian) cable packages always have.
