Have to agree, 26E is about the only option for FTA English TV via satellite - MBC2 I would really recommend to anyone - Premier League footie on Saturdays and 99% of shows in English with arabic subtitles. I recently saw "King & Castle" starring Nigel Planer on channel Saudi2, and Bahrain 55 also has most programs in English. Just like the days of old when Sky was FTA!
