 Theres no reason why some of the TV channels e.g. BBC Parliament, News 24, S4C1, S4C2, Tele G, BBC World and possibly an encrypted BBC Prime cant be on 2B as well

As for Radio I could see a problem with music royalties with R1 and sports coverage rights with R5 but this shouldnt be an issue with Radios 3, 4 and the world service
