This could be promising. I see that they're not bothering with the encrypted ITV1, so I suppose they're merely broadcasting a signal that's free anyway. My cable operator in Poland, Aster, claims that it has to sign agreements with FTA channels.

Let's hope the Austrians are setting a precedent for the rest of Europe to follow.
