Some time ago I wrote that when the BBC started broadcasting in the clear, some Polish cable with a big dish might notice that the BBC stations were FTA and start distributing them to its customers. But then someone pointed out, and I had to agree, that Poland isn't the lawless state that it's often made out to be. Who would imagine that the Austrians would be the ones to start distributing the BBC signal! Maybe it's not against the law after all.
