Thanks Rich

Two thoughts came to mind :-

1)I used a web site to calculate angles from lat and long - it came out to 161 ° and 7-8° scew. This appears to be right as I get BBC/ ITV OK.
Measured on my Nokia it is 6 - 8 dB depending upon location - I am still experimenting with this before final installation.
After 19:00 CET it drops below 5 dB and no picture - but my Grundig still says 100% signal and 90 % quality.
On the Amstrad - I could only get 80 % quality.

2)What Corrigap said - how do you know you are on 2D and not 2A - I seem to have the right beam ( from memory it is 0002 and 07d4 ? ).

No - I will try the Panasonic if I can find one.

Qu - what happens with my old blue card - does it transfer to a new box ?

Brian
